Hello all,

I have an old phone bill from a few years ago, but I see when I'm looking over my credit reports that the same account is listed by two different collection agencies. I'm currently in the process of trying to clean up my own credit & maybe pay off some of the debts that are on there. But my question is can two collection agencies collect on the same debt? And if not, how do I know who I'm supposed to pay?
