Hello, it's Haley once more.

I had written before asking about the open dating being reported different or wrong by a collection company on my file.
The problem was I had no proof that I had opened the account almost 7 years ago and not 3 as they were reporting so I didn't think I could do anything about it.

However, I was some how able to locate my contract, ( I actually filed it wow!) and I was right I opened this account in 2004 so almost 7 years now!
My question is what do I do with this information now? Do I send it to the credit bureaus, The club, or to the collection company?
I have also read some thing called a VOD? All I understood was it was to be sent to the collection companies to prove they had wrong information.
Does anyone know about this and where I go about downloading one?

This is all pretty confusing so as much help as possible would be great!
