I have a nuisance debt collector calling me frequently. I believe she is violating the fdcpa in her manner. I would like to record our conversation the next time she calls but I'm hearing I can't do that unless I tell them its being recorded, but Im sure If I say its being recorded she'll purposely clean up her act. So how can i prve shes breaking the law?
