is there a certian level of debt you must have in order to file for bankruptcy? I want to see if i can discharge credit card debt in the amount of 12,000 dollars. I don onot want to pay wells fargo for this one, they continually made mistakes with my bill, charged me more than i owed, lowered my limit and raised my interest.
