    no response from dispute letter

What do i do If Ive sent out a dispute letter to the credit bureau and I havent heard anything? It has been six weeks. Do i have a right to take action or is there a loop hole they can follow?

    Hello Clown,

If you really want to make sure you are doing things correctly, send out another letter be certified mail and reference the previous letter that you sent. if they still do not respond then you at least have proof they got it and ignored it. The send out another letter certified mail demanding removal of the accounts that they failed to conduct investigations on, if that doesn't work seek a FDCPA knowledgeable attorney or go to small claims.
