I'm studying credit repair and debt relief. want to make best possible decisions. I keep coming across the terms:

Debt management
debt consolidation, and
debt counseling......

I'm assuming they are all one and the same, but I'm not sure. Would hate to be mislead. can anybody clarify this for me so i can move on???
