    Verified Account not mine

Hi, I've been going back in forth with the credit bureaus for like 3 months now. I disputed a Capital One account because it's not mine. I've never had capital one. It appeared on Experian and Transunion only. I got updates back from Transunion saying it was no longer reporting, but on Experian it says it was verified. What's next? This account is seriously now mine and it's in the negative section of the credit report. I don't want this on my report. Should I write another dispute letter?? Should I maybe validate the debt with Capital One? Got any advice??

    Validating a debt

I found this on debt validation letters i don't think you can validate with the original creditors. Im not sure what you do if it gets verified. Is this a case of identity theft maybe?
