Hello, my sister has had this judgment against her for quite some time now. She has been unable to pay it because she has been stuck in a financial bond for a while. She has just been notified that they are going to start wage garnishments, I believe they said 30%...which to her is a whole lot especially for her! Is there anything she can do to stop it besides filing bankruptcy? She's really stuck and doesn't really know what to do, she's been thinking about getting a second job to cover everything. Please help...
