I joined the Marines when I was 18. Of course signing on comes with its share of bonuses. establishing credit wasn't hard, and I was making a decent amount of money so I began spending. Like alot of other marines, having a nice car and a nice motorcycle, clothes, dates and everything else avaialable to us are hard things to resisit.

so the charging began. I can't tell you how much i spent in 12 months on clothes, alcohol and dinners, not to mention a 12,000 dollar bike, a car, a trip to Hawaii and an engagement ring. So what is the result? I'm up to my neck in debt. 95% of my income goes to rent, car payments, insurance, and credit card bills. One card is in default, went to collections. My bike was repossesed a few months ago, and the girl I bought the ring for? She was reposessed too. And where does that leave me? At a credit repair service looking for answers.

So be careful boys, and don't do what the rest of us are doing...SAVE YOUR MONEY
